Keep the same subject order in every condition. Subjects must be independent and within-subject contrasts approximately normal. With more than two conditions, the uncorrected test assumes sphericity (equal variances of pairwise differences). GG and HF adjust degrees of freedom, leaving F unchanged. This calculator does not perform Mauchly's test; choose your correction as part of the analysis plan.
